Megan started working for Timber Valley Pet Hospital in March of 2016. Within a couple of months, she was given a 30-day challenge to attain some specific goals in order to be considered for our Lead Receptionist position, and she embraced the opportunity with focus and determination. She clearly demonstrated her leadership skills and took the initiative to learn to do her job better every week since she started.
She sets a great example for others to follow with her work ethic – especially in the areas of reliability, productivity, attendance and punctuality. She earned the promotion and became our Lead Receptionist. In this position, she assists Kristin Bowlin and Fantasia Ward with practice management and administration. She also oversees the Reception Team and helps with financial and marketing needs as well.
Megan is very personable and enthusiastic about helping our patients and clients. She is goal-oriented and has proven her understanding of what we need to do in order to provide excellent care, compassion and concern to all patients and clients seen at Timber Valley Pet Hospital.
